For US residents, I ship First Class USPS mail, which comes with tracking, but not insurance. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for it, and refunds or resends will not be reissued. Please call your local post office and provide your tracking number so they can further assist you.

For International residents, I ship cheapest way available, which does not include tracking or insurance. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for it, and refunds or resends will not be reissued.

If you prefer to have tracking/insurance (recommended, but more expensive), please contact me PRIOR to ordering so that I can find out how much shipping will be, then set up a special listing for you!

I'm so sorry! I'm a one-woman show, and I do sometimes make mistakes. I want you to be happy with your order... please message me, and send me screenshots of the mistake, and I will fix the issue!

1. As I am a shop that wants everyone to have stickers they feel represents themselves, I cannot predict how many brunette/AA/etc I will need, so those are cut once ordered. Depending on volume of sales, sometimes it can take longer to get them all finished.

2. If I run a sale, please expect longer than normal shipping times. I will try my best to get everyone's orders out ASAP!

3. If an item is listed as PRE-SALE, that means that it will ship the date specified in the listing; please make sure you check that before ordering.

Prior to hitting purchase for an order, Etsy shows your estimated ship date. Please refer to that date for when your order is due to ship.

Certain items, like my monthly boxes, or holiday stickers, are in very limited quantities. I run them as a pre-sale to get an idea of how many I will need so I am not left with overstock. When you buy a Pre-Sale item, you are buying it early, with the understanding that it will not be shipped until a later date (that date will be specified in the listing).

Unfortunately this causes too much confusion, so I am not able to combine orders unless emailed immediately and before anything has gone out.

Please ALWAYS read the listing before ordering. My full boxes and checklists are sized to fit vertical ECLPs- 1.5" x 1.9". I do have many HP customers that buy and use them anyway, and I've been told that putting a strip of washi not only closes the empty space, it also makes it look really pretty!

I process orders in the order they come in. If you need your order by a specific date, please message me first to see if that is possible. If it is, an extra charge to expedite your order will be added to your bill!

As of 11/1, stickers are sold as is. If you need me to tweak or change anything about them, including making a sheet of ONLY girls, an additional fee will be added to your order to customize it for you.
I will be adding the option to customize into the shop as a listing, and these changes will incur fees.
